GLAVLEASING.RU is interested in establishing partner relationship with suppliers, dealers, distributors that have local facilities to provide high quality and timely maintenance of the machinery and equipment delivered.

We provide all the suppliers of machinery and equipment with the necessary customer service information, we participate in special exhibitions and presentations together with the suppliers.

We offer the following plan of customer service for you:

  1. A Customer applies to the Supplier for machinery or equipment.

  2. The Supplier defines the Customer's interest in leasing and provides them with preliminary information about JSC GLAVLEASING, and a list of document required for a leasing contract.

  3. The Supplier sends OÀÎ GLAVLEASING.RU an application for leasing calculation using an agreed upon application form including the list of required equipment, its cost and the Customer's contacts. From the receipt of the application onwards the Customer if assigned to the Supplier.

  4. OÀÎ GLAVLEASING.RU managers contact the Customer within one working day and provide an initial offer with a leasing payments schedule.

  5. After accepting the offer the Customer submits to OÀÎ GLAVLEASING.RU a set of required documents.

  6. Within 5 days OÀÎ GLAVLEASING.RU makes a decision on starting the deal and the realization stage begins.

  7. The realization stage includes signing the Leasing agreement between OÀÎ GLAVLEASING.RU and the Customer, the Delivery Contract between the Supplier and the Customer and other accompanying agreements (loan, insurance, pledge and guarantee if necessary). This technical stage takes about 5 days and ends with the transfer of subject of the leasing agreement to the Customer.

One of our basic principles is strict compliance with business ethics. The Client recommended by a particular Supplier acquires the property provided by that very Supplier.

We don't have any favorites among our suppliers, therefore we have no intention of stealing clients from some suppliers and giving them to others.
