The total loan portfolio is 40 million USD.

The Company has attracted about 100 million USD in credit funds for the whole period of its history.

There has been no case of failure, delay or other kind of violation of obligations by the Company for the whole period of activity.

Since May 2005 the Company has been involved it structuring contracts of industrial equipment leasing including the use of foreign investments. A pool of partner suppliers of equipment is being formed at the moment.

GLAVLEASING.RU is interested in partnership relations with suppliers, dealers, and distributors having local service base allowing high-quality timely maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Auditors

"PricewaterhouseCoopers" has been the official auditor of our Company since the date of foundation. JSC GLAVLEASING.RU has positive auditor's conclusions by the Russian Standards of Accounting as well as by International Standards of Financing Reports for the years 2002, 2003, 2004 as well.
